Let someone make you feel bad for requesting honesty, love and respect as these are not high standards but basic requirements for a peaceful and fulfilling life.

The hardest reality for us to accept, is the one where what we do not have control or greatly influence what happens in our life, that includes people and how they work in our existence. Sometimes they come and impact us appearing negatively, to change and grow us. And others have good gestures and intentions to help us on our path when we need comfort and rest. When we learn to let go of what cannot be and choose to actively live without it, we are whole and happier.
