Things to remember when’s dating someone new:

This is a new person who doesn’t know you treat them with the same respect

Make the effort you would that you want someone to give when they meet you

Don’t think about comparing them to others in your life unless their actions prove to be that way

If you’re still hurt over someone else don’t date take time for yourself

Ask as many questions as you can without thinking of what the answer might be, listen openly and honestly

Check your energy and your mood before starting or continuing a conversation. Keep your reservations and judgements quiet and under control

Remember people don’t define you but they do reflect what you put out there
