I have a notion

That may be new to some people and common knowledge to others. Your skin is a manifestation of your diet. It’s a shocker I know I’m so brilliant. But seriously. Teens are taught that the shiniest and most divisive product on their feed or timelines- is the cure and savior to their acne or bad skin. This is not true at all. This is a misconception propagated by companies to get you not to focus on what you’re putting inside your body. I think I might be being fake woke, right now.. but it could be not known to everyone right ?
